Allowed with strict requirements, including: minimum 700 FICO, max 70% CLTV, minimum DSCR 1.15, loan cap of $1M, full amortization only, impounds required, and at least six months reserves.
Non-Owner Occupied Vacant Properties:
Vacant properties may qualify if owned ≥15 months, borrower has 700+ FICO, CLTV meets tiered limits (70% / 65% / 60%), DSCR ≥1.15 or DTI ≤40%, three-year prepay penalty (where allowed), full amortization, impounds, and six months reserves (cash-out allowed for reserves).
